Using Sagot

Sagot provides AI chat, lead capture, knowledge base, and operator handoff tools for business websites. You are responsible for the content you upload, the instructions you configure, and how your team uses conversations and leads collected through the service.

Account Access

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. We may restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, creates security risk, or violates applicable law.

Customer Content

You keep ownership of your business content, conversations, leads, and uploaded knowledge sources. You grant Sagot permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the service for your workspace.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Sagot to send spam, collect sensitive data you are not authorized to collect, mislead visitors, violate privacy rights, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for reviewing AI answers and configuring human handoff for cases that need judgment.

Billing

Paid plans, trials, limits, and overage terms are shown in the written order agreed with your team. Fees are billed in Philippine pesos unless another currency is agreed in writing.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep Sagot reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or abuse prevention. We may update these terms as the product and commercial terms mature.
